GH2 India recently organized a Multilateral Roundtable at the Norwegian Embassy, featuring prominent multilateral stakeholders working in India. 

Ms. Martine Aamdal Bottheim, Deputy Chief of Mission at the Norwegian Embassy, in her welcome remarks discussed Norway's hydrogen adoption and innovation initiatives, particularly in shipping and transportation. Ms. Ambika Oberoi Sawhney, from Innovation Norway showcased Norway’s green projects and partnerships with India.

HE Erik Solheim gave a keynote address at the gathering and pointed out critical areas for sustainable sector growth, including policy and regulatory development and gaining public consent for projects. He further highlighted global developments in the sector. 

Other participants like the International Energy Agency (IEA), Netherlands Embassy in India, French Embassy in India / Ambassade de France en Inde, The World Bank, SED Fund, Greenstat Hydrogen India Pvt Ltd, Flanders Investment & Trade (FIT), Hydrogenous, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, KfW shared the work their organisations are undertaking here in India. We seek to have further discussions to ensure coordination and co-operations to ensure we achieve our goals and ambitions not just in India but in our global efforts.
